1. Introduction
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") regulate the legal
relationships between the operator of the motorhome parking area (hereinafter referred to as
the "operator") and the user of the parking space (hereinafter referred to as the "customer").
1.2 The parking area (Stellplatz) is intended solely for short-term parking of motorhomes (1–3
days) without permanent residence or business activity.
1.3 By using the parking area, the customer agrees to these GTC.

2. Reservation, Length of Stay, and Cancellation
2.1 The parking spaces are available with mandatory online reservation.
2.2 The maximum length of stay is 3 consecutive nights.
2.3 The customer is obliged to leave the premises by the end of the purchased stay period
(24h/48h/72h).
2.4 Free cancellation is possible within 24 hours before arrival; after that, a 70% cancellation
fee will be charged. The cancellation fee will be refunded to the customer within 7 days of
reporting the cancellation.

3. Price and Payment
3.1 The price for parking is indicated on-site or on the operator's website.
3.2 Payment is made online through the reservation system.
3.3 The price includes the parking of the vehicle and additional services (electricity, water,
WC, etc.).

4. Customer's Rights and Obligations
4.1 The customer is obliged to comply with the operating rules listed on the website and
confirms this when making the payment.
4.2 The service is provided after the reservation is made and the required service fee is paid.

4.3 The service will not be provided without completing item 4.2.

5. Liability and Insurance
5.1 The operator is not liable for any damage to the vehicle, theft, or injury, unless caused by
the operator's proven negligence.
5.2 Parking is at the customer's own risk.
5.3 The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the operator's property or other
users' property.

6. Data Protection
6.1 The operator processes personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations
(particularly GDPR), and only for the period necessary.
